SOS PRIMAS is a web-based project, resource and inventory management system designed specifically for the specialized needs of the retail industry.

PRIMAS simplifies project coordination and communication by connecting all critical project participants to their project information via the web. PRIMAS provides the ideal platform for securely sharing information quickly and accurately among geographically separated personnel.

In addition, the Inventory Management application takes advantage of our leading-edge warehouse management and distribution software. Customizable reporting, via a web interface, provides the power of a traditional warehouse management system with the convenience of web based technology.

All inventory transactions, such as purchase orders, shipment schedules and backorder status are visible to our customers via customized reporting created in-house by our experienced IT staff. Information can be uploaded to the application at specified intervals daily.

Anyone with internet access, a web browser, username and password can participate and benefit. Users are able to securely login 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Project information is stored in a database and built with data layers to allow users to access that information in either a store-centric or project-centric format. Data is easily accessible to field personnel who are focused on a single store, as well as managers who require a complete project overview. This easy to use, point-and-click application is designed with the end user in mind.
